It is a powerful relationship that moves people forward in many areas of life. We are holistic creatures. When one area of our life is in need of support, it affects all the other areas. Basically, a Life Coach helps people find their best life. We get clear around your vision for yourself and how your core values match that vision. We will journey together, as you gain clarity around your life values and your own personal life purpose. I will walk along side you, celebrating your successes and spurring you on in truth and authenticity, as you begin taking steps towards a life of fulfillment. I will partner with you to discover what you want in all dimensions of your life and assist you to unlock your own brilliance to achieve it. Working in the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, I will support you to stay focused, on track and accountable.

Life coaching is a convenient, efficient and truly empowering support system for moving forward in your life. One-on-one coaching services are conducted by phone and/or Skype, which makes it possible to serve from virtually anywhere. I have literally worked with clients from one end of the globe to the other. We meet in the same way I meet and work with clients who live in my local area. In-person coaching services include Sacred Spaces retreats, various workshops and my 6-week Circle of Life group coaching wellness process.
